From the left-hand pane, expand 
Software and choose 
Program Sets.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the program set and from the menu, choose Properties.
Choose the Groups tab.
To add group association:
Click the Add button.
From the 'Available items' list, select the groups you want to have access to this program set.
Click OK.
To remove group association, select a group and click the Remove button.
Click OK.
